This training program is designed for the beginner/intermediate lifter, who has at least 3-6 months of lifting weights under his belt. If you are just starting out, you can still do the program but I highly recommend to hire a personal trainer who can show you the right execution of the exercises.

In the first mesocycle you will have four training days per microcycle. In the second mesocycle you will have three training days per microcycle. Each mesocycle has six microcycles plus an optional deload microcycle in between.
