The program is built in two mesocycles. The first mesocycle is a 5 days a week split, the second is 4 days a week split. You will get 12 weeks of workouts.
The program overview is in pdf file, you will also get the mesocycles in an Excel document with the progression schemes.
A sample cardio routine is included.
Nutrition explained. You can calculate your caloric needs based on your goal, somatotype and activity level.
